🌍 SIVA is a Latvian public agency and a major player in inclusion in Latvia. It supports people with disabilities or functional impairments through training, care and return-to-work programmes, taking a comprehensive, humane and sustainable approach.
On the agenda : sharing practices, discovering our assessment tools, the CléA and RECTEC standards, and above all, a shared conviction: promoting the identification and development of skills.
🔎 SIVA plans to train its advisers in the RECTEC approach — a decision that confirms the relevance of this standard, which focuses on the development of transversal skills and sustainable employability.
