An immersion in our teaching practices
From 21 to 24 July, our premises took on a Spanish flavour !
We were delighted to welcome trainers from CEA Infante, a vocational training and adult education organisation based in Murcia.
Over several days, through workshops, role-playing and informal discussions, we shared what makes our teaching methods so valuable:
-
the RECTEC approach, which helps to better identify and develop transversal skills,
-
the Cléa system, an essential tool for certifying basic skills,
-
and above all, our active methodologies, tested alongside trainers from Cenon and Bègles.
Beyond the tools, it was a genuine human and professional encounter: curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn from each other set the tone for these days.
These moments of immersion confirm a strong conviction : European cooperation is a tremendous source of inspiration and innovation for our practices.
